How does Needle Go work?
Needle Go uses App Clips to instantly launch WebXR experiences in Augmented Reality without requiring app installation.
Which devices are supported?
Needle Go works on iPhone and iPad devices running iOS 14 or later, from the Safari browser.
Why do I need Safari?
App Clips are a Safari-exclusive feature on iOS and iPadOS. For WebXR experiences to work seamlessly with Needle Go, please use Safari.
Troubleshooting
The App Clip won't launch
Make sure you're using Safari on iOS 14+. If you're on a different browser, copy the URL and open it in Safari.
AR experiences aren't working
Ensure that camera permissions are granted. Check in your device settings if the Needle Go app has access to the camera.
I'm seeing a "Safari Required" message
This appears when you're not using Safari on iOS. Please switch to Safari or copy the URL to Safari to use App Clips.
